Return & Refund Policy – Popvents

At Popvents, we want you to enjoy every shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 90 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

✅ Conditions for Accepting a Return

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging intact, including all accessories.

  • Any product that has been plugged in, powered on, tested, or used in any way will not be considered “unused” and is not eligible for return.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • The return must be requested and approved in advance.

❗ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🛠️ Damages, Errors & Compatibility Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can provide a solution.

For electrical products:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring plug type and voltage compatibility with their country.

  • When possible, Popvents may offer compatible plug adapters as a solution.

  • Plug incompatibility or the use of adapters does not constitute a product defect.

  • Products that have been tested, plugged in, or used for evaluation are not eligible for return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Hygiene or personal care products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Used or tested products

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, provided that:

  • The product has not been used

  • The product is returned in its original condition and packaging

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • No refunds will be issued for products that are not returned.
